Jende Diamond Plate [6″ x 1″]

Jende Diamond Plates are used for sharpening knives on Edge Pro compatible guided knife sharpeners (Edge Pro, Hapstone, Jende JIGS, TSProf).

Jende Diamond Plates are available in 6″ x 1″ size and four grit variations (JIS 120, 300, 600, and 1200 grits). 

The Jende 120 Diamond Stone is an aggressive, extra coarse diamond plate used for serious profiling, repairs, and initial sharpening. 

The Jende 300 Diamond Stone is a coarse diamond plate used for minor profiling, repairs, and initial sharpening and touching up of edges. 

The Jende 600 Diamond Stone is a medium/medium-fine diamond plate used for minor repairs, touching up edges, and establishing a working sharp edge.

The Jende 1200 Diamond Stone is a fine diamond plate used for touching up of edges, establishing a working sharp edge, and preparing an edge for further refinement.

Jende Diamond Plates are mounted to a steel blank. They are recommended to be used with water as a lubricant for the best feedback, but can also be used dry or with oil.  The diamonds abrade all steel types, including ceramic.

Clean or rinse after use, and store in a dry place in between use to prevent any oxidation on the metal matrix.
